Welcome to the Joe Weir Strength Blog!
This is where I'll be posting my thoughts on a number of topics, or at least the ones I know about. From time to time I'll dabble with some other topics but for the most part I'll be ranting, uhh I mean talking, about training! If there's anything you'd like me to talk about by all means let me know and I'll be sure to include it.
I like to keep things short and sweet, so thanks for dropping by and checking out my blog!

The board lists 3 goals and 3 guidelines, in terms of reps and sets, and rest periods to perform.
