Hello, my name is Selahattin I'm from Belgium. I injured myself back in October 2012 during the "Bench Press" I had a bad set up which caused my shoulders to be in a bad position and my left shoulder collapsed. This basically means it go dislocated partially and popped back in by itself. If that wasn't bad enough after driving home with a friend some drunk hit us from the back with his van no direct injuries from it tho.
They took x ray and ultrasound on my shoulder nothing abnormal to be seen. I wen't back to the gym and was in pain again after that I had to go see a physio for 6-8 weeks but nothing really helped. Finally got my doctor to take an MRI they took one of my shoulder and just ignored the fact about my left scapula/upper back (which was hurting and making cracking noises) the result of the MRI from my shoulder = NORMAL nothing wrong everything in place yet I can slightly dislocate it with a overhead movement..
My left shoulder still makes this cracking noise but isn't causing pain anymore the only thing I still got is tingling in my left hand, and pink after being in some kind of position for a long time. This might be linked to my problem at my left scapula specifically the thoracic area, which has a pressure point something swollen around there which causes pain radiating towards my left shoulder.. Nobody is actually taking me serious about this.
I stopped bodybuilding in January 2013 till end of July 2013 when I started doing calesthenics(bodyweight training) Been doing this for 3 months then suddenly last week my right scapula/upper back gets the same cracking noise as my left one but the pain and trigger point rather at the rhomboid area.. also a bit of a stiff upper trapezius and neck. Went to the doc which told me to take anti inflammatory if that doesn't help go see a physio again. I know that a physio won't solve my problem as it hasn't before.. That's how I got on this site which finally showed me some answers to my problems.
I'm just wondering what I should do?
