I read about so many ingredients and it's common to see preworkout drinks and such stuff in the gym. If you split them then we can see some common ingredients in every pre/ post workout supplement profile:
- Creatine - mostly monohydrate- there are so many diffrent types of names - nitrates, ester, etc.
- Glutamine - L- glutamine
- BCAAs - leucine, valine and isoleucine
- beta alanine
- citrulline malate
- Arginine as AAKG and L-arginine
So, I have a question that which one of these make sense for supplementation while training.
