I'm having deep pains (feels like shin splints, but in my forearms). Its on the outside of my forearm, in line with my little finger. It in the entire muscle belly on that side in both arms. I have had this for a couple of weeks now, I guess things were so busy I didn't stop to think about it, it just kinda hit me, my performance dosen't seem to be hindered by it, weird.
When I did OHP's yesterday it was beginning to ache, but when I did my pullup+hold, not only did it pain, but it felt like my forearms were COMPLETELY fatigued, however I did finish my workout (I even managed to progress, weird again).
Eric, Joe, Asheim please advice me how to proceed on this one. Thanks guys!
