Yes, that is what the OP is referring to, I'm sure. Ham, you can do the inverted rows once per week and the partials on another day. Both parts are done simultaneously as in the inverted rows and partial pullups being done in the same training cycle, but not on the same day.
Either the inverted rows or the partials can also be used alone and combined with machine assisted pullups or resistance band assisted pullups, to be done on separate days. It is up to the individual and experimentation is encouraged.
