Age: 19 and 3 1/2 Months
Health: Still Recovering from Back Strain
Im heading into University in the fall, studying Kinesiology!. I've been shy to the gym all summer because i've been logging some serious hours at a fish plant but with University coming up, on my off time I want to improve my strength and cardiovascular strength. And I want to have a full routine set, monitor my calories, get the proper amount of sleep and keep a journal here at Ground Up Strength. I still have my GUS wristband here laying around! Represent!
My Goals: For this time next year
Bench Press: 225 x 8-10
Squat: 400lbs x 2-3
Deadlift: 400lbs x 2-3
Push Ups: 100 x 1
Pull Ups: 20 x 1
Cardio: Not sure what critiques as a good level of cardio but I will find one and choose it.
I want to start off fresh here again, come back like i'm a new member, re-read articles over again, check out other journals and contribute.
