I think a lot of people don't understand that there IS going to be fluctuation in once performance in the gym. There is no instant solution. WHat is needed is that the range of fluctation starts moving upward. With the people training around me I've seen some crazy fluctuations in performance.
Also, the last part of the video, reminded me again why we always end on a successful lift, even if the preceding one was a failure.

P.S. I must say Eric, you have knack for finding some of the most informative & interesting videos on the web.

Shhh….my common sense is tingling.
