Monday: Legs
Back Squats
Front Squats
Lunges
Pistol Squats
Tuesday: Hams n Calves
Leg Curls
Standing Calves
Seated Calves
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back
Deadlifts
Bent Over Rows- Dumbbells
Chins- Weighted
SLDL's
Incline Db Curls
Friday: Chest, Shoulder
Overhead press
Cleans
Bench Press
Overhead Db Press
Db Side Raises
Skull crush
triceps push downs
