Kaizzad has requested me to help him with a plan for his Back Squats. Mostly, it's not a "plan" really because in order for it to be a plan we'd need to iron out his squat form issues of having a butt wink, etc…basically getting him to do lots of Hip Mobility Drills. But, Kaizzad being Kaizzad probably won't do them so essentially all I am doing is helping him progress slowly and steadily. For now.

Next week we'll hopefully try to beat this….I don't think this is the right time to get into SDT mode but I think once Kaizzad hits a 405 Squat he'll be at ease and more open to a different approach. It's interesting to see him even being open enough to change his training at this stage - even if the change on the surface is minor.
