Resumed my training after 2 weeks of rest. Went under knife for bilateral vericocele surgery, after which i had to take few weeks off from training.
As per Dr's advice can't do any heavy lifting for few weeks. so had to listen to him, cant take any chances.
Deadlift/ pull ups / OHP
135x8x2 ( was scared here first set after surgery)
Bw- 8 reps
last sets were more like push press in last few reps.
Felt some discomfort at the surgery area after the session but got settled down after some time.
