Hello ladies and gentlemen!
I am a student based in Mumbai (navi Mumbai to be accurate). My current stats are -
My goal is to total 1600 pounds at 90 kg bodyweight with, at the most, single ply gear, within 5 years. For the current year, my goal is to drop down to about 85 kg while using my lifetime pr's (above) for sets of 5.
Is it okay for me to keep my training and nutrition log here somewhere?
Also, the amount of information, in the articles are seriously dense! Thanks to all of the posters and writers, especially Eric, for creating this site.
