I was going to pm Eric about this but I figured I'd just post it here instead. I am sure others will benefit much from this.
I want to know whether CytoGainer is safe for me to consume.
I have large gaps in the day when I'm not eating and I am definitely overdoing my Whey intake (I'm afraid someone will start calling me the Whey Guzzler) and I was thinking that perhaps having this instead of my 3 scoops of whey for breakfast might be better…..I know doing this is STILL bad but I need to choose the lesser of the two evils.
Also, if y'all think that this isn't the right way to go, then which Weightgainer would you recommend?
