So what do you guys carry with y'all to the gym?
Here's my stash:
- Digital Camera
- Belt + Chain for weighted pull-ups and dips
- Protein shake + Bottle of water
- Wrist Straps
- Wrist Wraps
- Micro-loading plates (5 lbs in total)
Thats all I can think of right now. I'm sure I'm leaving some things out though…
