I think I still carry this syndrome. I understand it is some sort of misalignment/ imbalance in strength/ tightness leading to wrong path for the patella.
The thing is, if I squat full, I dont have problems, but when I stop at parallel it pains mildly on the top of the knee cap.
Last week, while pulling 585 and I was using a lot of leg drive, it surfaced again. It is not bad but I was reading somewhere that it needs to be checked in to prevent permanent damage.
How do I determine what is the situation of the patella, I will see a good ortho once I am back in Bangalore i.e. sometime in another 6 months.
Your guidance will be greatly appreciated.
