Hello! I know I should have started this earlier and from now on there will be a good account for the intake of food. I will post my stats and what are my goals beneath
Height - 5ft 6"
Weight - 235lbs
My diet is purely vegetarian meaning no eggs and any knida of meat
To get to a respectable weight without losing any strength.
I have been trying to get in as much protein as I can from my supplements and food,
Right now my diet looks like this from monday to friday:-
2scoops whey + 1scoop of peanut butter + multivitamins & 2 flaxseed pills
1 bowl cottage cheese which is either cooked or just ate raw + 1 bowl of yogurt + 1 bowl of dal + 2fruits + 1bowl of string beans + 1glass of lassi /butter milk
2 scoops of whey + 1 bowl of yogurt + 1 bowl of cucumber + 1 bowl of almonds.
2 scoops of whey + 1 bowl of sprouts (mung beans,chickpeas,kidney beans and others.) + 1fruit or not.
This gives me a total of 2,000 Calories.
Protein:- 228gms / 46%
Carbs:- 185gms / 36%
Fats:- 41gms / 18%
My targeted BMR is 2,400 Cals
