I thought it would be a good idea to put up a chalkboard with some of our stats so we can keep track of how things are progressing. I figured I'd update once every 3-4 months and I'd like your input.
Right now, I have the following members' stats:
The list of stats/exercises which I've included are:
- Front Squats
- Overhead Press
- Bench Press
- Back Squats
- Pistol Squats
- Weighted Pull-ups
- BodyWeight Pull-ups
I'd like if Pity, Joe, Leather and any other member would like their stats put up as well.
I figured a chart like this would help keep things in perspective.
