Its been a while that I am having consistent lower back strains. They are not bad to put me out of training but seeing a pattern, I think I need to fix it before it blows out into an injury.
I am squatting 600 and pull about the same too. I was mostly RAW until 6 months back when I got my first squat suit.
I do mobility drills and have no issue with the squat depth and also other drills for the hips.
However, I have slacked out on core work in recent times, could this be the reason for it?
I tried looking around on the forum, there was a lot of info but couldn't relate to it as being my exact issue.
It don't pain during a squat etc, its only when I sit on the chair for long durations, this stiffness starts creeping up. Or driving. This discomfort is on either sides of the lower back, insertion into the glutes and this has happened in the past many a time.
