Last week the gym was not in the cards. This week is a good place to start even though I will probably have to skip the christmas week I will try to keep regular from here on out.
I started off quite unambitious these felt about at my comfortable limit and as good a place to start as any.
I was convinced I was about to throw up while doing 60 so I dropped it down to 50
I am going to be sore tomorrow haha.
