Hi guys, I'm going to need some help to get me back to training without straps.
As you guys already know, I've had my little finger X-rayed & the doctor told me my finger is perfectly fine, but I needed some rest. Now, I've had rest, but it isn't completely alright yet. I also had a talk with Anuj, he told me that I should start rehabing/prehabing my finger or this could go on for a lot longer & I feel the same way as him.
So far Anuj has suggested that I should slowly start using my grip again on certain exercises(slowly working up to training without straps at all) & also incorporate a bit of grip training (barbell holds for 8 sec or so, not going too heavy obviously). I was also wondering whether trigger point work would help with little problem.
Eric & Joe please advice me on how I should go about this?
Shhh….my common sense is tingling.
