Speed Deadlifts
245lbs x 2reps x 9sets.
I finally got done with exams last week,and got to the gym to do deadlifts,
The sets with 315lbs seemed less of a hassle than before,and the sets with 285lbs felt strong and controlled.
My grip took a beating during the speed sets I think my calyces have calyces inside.
