Ofc eating helps =D
But onto the real point, eating something, or drinking something during a workout. Does it truly help? can it make a difference in training?
I have always found during my workouts, such as deadlift day for example, i will get in, and after my warmups i may be tired may not, be after the first set i get tired. Even during my workouts i'll be yawning and whatnot, i easily get 8-10hours sleep each night so thats not the problem.
During my workout, i'll do say a set of 3@245 for deadlifts, it would be okay but i would be tired. I would go onto doing a set of 3@245 again and it would be harder, and i would get tired/fatigued. Then my last set would be tough.
I have no idea if this is due to eating, or just the way of training. I know you are suppose to get fatigued after working sets, but sometimes even during my warmups on a day where i did not eat enough i would get fatigued.
I hear people have carb drinks, etc during their workouts or even snack on things ( <—- rarely seen that anywhere though).
What things are suggested before a workout, or during a workout? I always have some nuts, and fruit before my workout. Then just water during my workout.
What food/drinks are good for workouts that are suggested?
