Let me ask you something. If you were not strength training…if you can imagine that…what do you think you would bring? Pastries and candy?

You can do this thing called a sandwhich I was hearing about. It's a new thing, I think but a lot of guys are trying it
pretty much everyday i take two sandwiches (whole wheat bread, 1/2 lb lean meat total, lots of mayo)…plus a small package of peanuts worth 300 cals, and a can of green beans :) usually on break when i have the first sandwich i'll have a "naked" drink with it…lately i've just been so pissed that i have sugar free red bull instead :) ends up around 1430 cals…not including the naked drink if i have it.

It's just off the Churney Road station. Traveling is gonna be a pain though its only 30 minutes by train (one way). I'm gonna have to travel in that stinky train *wrinkles nose*!
