P.S.-where the smileys at?
Go to the top nav bar and under "Forum" the last entry is "Smileys". Click on that and it will open in a new tab. Copy and paste the code next to the smiley you want and insert that in your post where you want your smiley to go. I'm not able to have built in smileys right now so I had to make this workaround list. I can add more later if we need or desire more.
Your deadlift position is completely off, actually. Sorry..you said you like the no bs, lol. Your control over the way your are doing it is good. In other words you're doing a good job doing it wrong so we can say it's just inefficient.
Your butt is too low. Way too low and yes you could probably use a narrower stance. Grip is usually right outside the knees or thereabouts. I'll post a list of positional pointers once I track it down…it's floating around here somewhere.
It looks like you are trying to keep your back vertical which a lot of people do.
