Hi my name is Devraj. I met Anuj about a month or 2 ago & have been training along with him since. I've been training continuously for the past 3 years, mostly experimenting with training routines for strength, size, conditioning & for correcting postural problems(they have improved but I still need more work). I had also incorporated martial arts training into my routine (mostly shadow boxing & punching bag practice) but have taken a break from it since. I have since decided to focus purely on maximal strength, although in the long run I will reincorporate martial arts training into my training plan.
