I almost got caught up in this 'mega supplement' vitamin BS. In the end, I decided that the only 'pills' I'm popping are fish oil capsules, a multivitamin and the occasional vitamin D supplement. All of which are at the recommended dosage (on the bottle), and I do not superdose anything, although some would have you believe this is a necessity, lol.
The strength trainee says "Why sacrifice intensity when I can sacrifice volume"
