You have to put in the embed code..not just the url's. Look in the right sidebar of the vid page. I did them for you as an example. The embed code is in a little box just under the url box on the right sidebar of the youtube page. You can copy it as is or push the little gear looking thingy to customize the size and choose colors. I also added a code to hide or show the video to use if you want. This will help pages load faster when there are a lot of videos…at least I think it does.

Also, there is a "site stuff" forum section to post questions in about codes and whatnot.
I don't actually listen to a lot of music while training except during simple condition type workouts. It's hard to define the reasons why but I think it's because 1) I am really into music and I will get distracted by it and lose focus on my training and 2) The beat messes up my rhythm with lifting, so to speak. Maybe that is because I am a bass player and I tend to get drawn into the beat in my head.
