Yes I read the article today morning. It was really good.
I got a new member to sign up and he'll be reading some articles and threads I sent him. He's listed as ConnerW and if y'all have seen any of my recent videos, Conner's the huge 18 year old who box squatted 700 lbs.
Eric, the article was very insightful and it took me down memory lane and I remembered how on bb.net Madcow came and posted something related to 5x5 training and I was so ready to just jump on it when before his arrival I had been sidelining your efforts to get me on a 5x5 program…Ah..the ignorant days of the past. Thanks to you though, I did see the light.
