Ok so today was my Deadlift workout. Like all Deadlift workouts, it took me 2.5 hours. Now, after about an hour or so, I always feel weak and tired.
Is it alright to have this Biscuit called Parle G Glucose during my workout? Here is what it's nutrition breakdown looks like:
Serving Size: 11 pieces
Pieces per pack: 11
Fat: 9.8 grams
Carbohydrates: 52.64 grams
Protein: 4.62 grams
This is for 11 pieces. I was thinking of having like 1 or 2 during my workout. Whats the general consensus on this sort of intra-workout nutrition intake?

ps: I have a protein shake (2 scoops) about 15 to 20 minutes before my workout.
