I do need to work on that front leg. On some sets it's good and on some it really sucks. My left can straighten out just fine - maybe too fine at times. But my right leg simply will not straighten out. While I was on my vacation I managed to do one rep with the right leg properly extended but thats it.
I am not adding any more weight. Each of those dumbbells weighs 2.5 kgs. So thats like 6 lbs per hand. I used dumbbells instead of plates because I feel more comfortable with dumbbells. I can't do these squats without the dumbbell…I weigh like 195 lbs and most of it fat lol….Maybe with time I could do them without any weights but I doubt that.
I have no problem writing up how I progressed on these once I get my form down 100% right. I need a couple more successful sessions before I can list anything. I'll get working on it though :)
