Yes, the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook is a wonderful tool to help people understand why they have pain, especially when it doesn't respond to treatment. It also lets them discover what they can do themselves to get rid of pain caused by trigger points. Your readers will appreciate having their own copy at home. The Travell & Simons' Trigger Point Manuals are excellent medical textbooks, but rather expensive, and may be too technical for most readers. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook is just what the doctor ordered!

Hi Kathryn, thanks so much for coming by! That was exactly my take with the Manual. That reminds me I need to bridge that with another thread in here where I pointed out that the manual is NOT a self-help book. I've noticed a lot of people recommending it as if it were but I think it is possible they just get the names mixed up.
