I read the article (again) and I have a few questions. I'm trying to classify some exercises as being either open or closed. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Pistol Squats - Closed
Pull-ups - Open? Partial?
Deadlifts - Closed
Front Squats - Closed
Is this correct?
