Today I finished my first week of a new program for me . Basically it's a 5 week ( 6th deaload ) 4 days a week . Monday = Squat , Wednesday = Bench , Friday = Deadlift and Saturday = Support Muscles.
Finishing off the first week , which was all done with 3x8 . I believe I picked the proper weights as they were heavy but not too heavy. As I move on to the second week I will increase by 15-20lbs as they are done 4x6 and it goes down from there with the final week testing my 1RM ( this is where I will do it proper ).
Right now my calories are at a whopping 3000 ( give or take ) . I am not weighing out my food as I have a good idea on what to eat and I don't care if I go over a bit , but it wont happen that way . Most likely I will under eat which is fine for a day or two anyways. I will be loading up BIG time on the weekends. Still staying clean , but carbs will be my major. This will help make up for what I've missed during the week.During the week my carbs are at the low end , 15% of my intake.
My end goal is to be strong ! Bottom line , but I also have to come in under 220lbs so with that said I need to take off aprox 10lbs in 4-5 months ! EASY SHIT !
This log will not be much different then over at bb.net ( it was either start one here or switch over to the private forum over there ) But I will try and make it more in dept so you all can help me reach my goals.
