Hi Folks its about time I did this!!
Well anyways the reason I held this off is because I won an essay contest over at ironaddicts board.I have won 3 months free training with the man so I wanted to wait till that started and kick this off from there.Long story short I havent started with him yet and I want to start this here NOW!!
I'll just post last weeks workouts in order.I am just following the template I laid out in the template section, with changes as I see fit.So far I am noticing better recovery with 3 days as opposed to 4.I also kinda like not lifting on the weekends, but then again sometimes I do feel like hitting it on Saturday too!!
