I got duped!

For one, I thought it DID come with a shake weight (I have flabby upper arms that need a good shakin') and I was also under the assumption that Anaconda was a proprietary blend of Whey/Creatine/Nitric Oxide/Taurine/Enzyte/Snake Oil. Needless to say I didn't get any of that. Oh well, I got it yesterday but in another 6 days it will be empty, out of sight and out of mind. LOL.

Unapologetic Muscle-Building Elitists!! The only thing I agree with is what CT says at 04:26 into the video. (Maybe someone should tell those guys that A*$#&@%s isn't spelt e-l-i-t-i-s-t-s)

Well put, sir. Made me rethink a few things (nothing about my sexuality though - I love some of the chicks on t-nation :-P) regarding the ass-kissing that goes around in the fitness industry.
