						 <p>Thanks, Nate.</p> <p>This will soon be continued. Part V is coming with associated entries. Part 5 will introduce the concept of relaxation exercises and I will provide some basic breathing practices for relaxation. Then I will move on to more advanced methods.</p> <p>The thing about relaxation techniques, I want to stress is that it goes way beyond just helping you achieve flow by dampening over-arousal should it occur, it is also a great recovery tool, both in general and when your are injured. All the ridiculous BS about contrast showers, rubbing yourself with ice (what moron would rub himself down with ice?) and all sorts of other "recovery modalities" focus on local muscular recovery and of course they don't really even make a difference.</p>
