						 <p>You can read about my experience with this problem on this <a href="http://www.gustrength.com/forum/t-151777/my-first-trigger-point-therapy-success:jaw-mandibular-pain">GUS forum thread</a>. This is definitely doable and I was very successful with it. Although it is awkward at first to massage a muscle deep in your mouth with a finger I quickly got used to it.</p> <p>The pain in my jaw had grown so bad I was having trouble eating. Massaging the pterygoid resolved this pain completely for me and it still hasn't come back.</p>
