						 <p>Even though I am not a beginner or even new to lifting, this article really helps keep things in mind. Whats funny is that after doing Deadlifts often, and keeping most of this in mind, it all becomes instinct. So when I come back to reading this, it helps brush up all the stuff already in my mind lol…</p>

						 <p>Thanks Eric, I was being quite greedy about the weight. I got a bit too focused on hitting the weight. I realise now that I threw most of my cues out the door, it pretty much became lift the damned weight. I will be careful in future.</p>
