I bought the book last night.

I've read the first book: FLT and I spent till the wee hours of the morning reading it.

Damn, I've learned so much just from that book…so much that I am putting into play ASAP.

I think it's a great book and even though I was very apprehensive about spending $77 because after all, I am a poor college student, I definitely believe that it was a worthy investment.

Now comes the difficult task of actually implementing her stuff.

Very cool book so far.

Something that Leigh Peele gets and that I've been trying to get other people to get for YEARS:

Those of you who know me know that when you have problems with you training such as injury, etc…I tell you it's your fault. Most of you want to say..I did everything RIGHT. It just happened. That makes you feel better but it SHOULDN'T. If things JUST HAPPEN then STOP right now. Don't train. Don't try to lose fat. Don't try at all.

It's a pretty simple thing to realize that it being YOUR FAULT is a good thing. It's a EMPOWERING thing. I have a problem with any aspect of my training or diet I immediately look for how I screwed it up. A screw-up I can fix. Shit happens I can't.

E-copies. Speaking of which, I don't know if you've heard of the Amazon Kindle. It's a e-book reader, basically that simulates a paper affect, is small, and stores all your digital books to read anywhere. It also has wi-fi or whatever. Thing is it's very expensive and there is a long waiting list to get one. But Sony has a reader also that's about half the price only it doesn't have the wi-fi (you have to hook it up to your comp to download…big deal). Man I want one of those. I have so many digital books and I hate reading off the computer. This thing is called the Sony Reader or something…

BTW, I think the server at Leigh Peele's site right now in case anyone tries to visit….probably the thousands of clicks from GUS haha

TALO it's an awesome piece of work. And you know I'm hard to impress. I really need to slow down for a couple weeks and just read. I still need to read most of AARR. Still gonna get K&N?

One thing I like is that she uses analogies to help explain complicated things just like I do, because it helps here understand them. I've always learned best by analogie. The only calculus class I ever passed was becasue the proff broke everything down into familiar analogies.

Okay, Newton's Law of Cooling Bodies. Say you have this six-pack of beer, see? And you want to know how long it will take to reach 40 degrees in the fridge if the fridge is…

Like that :)

I'm not a diet guy, by any means. When it comes to training others, I fall way short in the diet planning category. Well, I had to see what all the fuss was about Leigh Peele's fat loss package "The Fat Loss Troubleshooter"

So I finally plunked down the cash and it was like a second Christmas when I unzipped the file. To say that Leigh has over-delivered is an understatement. Now that I have this..I just might be a diet guy. I just might go well beyond being a diet guy.

If you have been yo-yo dieting or "cutting and bulking" for years only to end up mostly fat for your efforts, this is for you.

This is as much a life-manual as it is a fat-loss manual. Fat Loss Troubleshoot and The Metabolic Repair Manual were more than worth the cost, in my opinion. All the other great stuff that comes with it is just makes it that much more indispensable. Unlike most works of this nature, this is not a set of instructions that make controlling fat like changing your oil. This is a teaching resource.

I'll let you click on the image below and find out for yourself what you get with this.

Here, also, are three of Leigh's articles:

5 Tips I Know For Fat Loss
Top 3 Reasons Your Fat Loss Still Isn't Working
