The FDA has provided this widget search which gives a list of all the fraudulent H1N1 products/websites that have received warning letters. The links at the top and bottom will take you to an FDA page with more info.
I think it is important to point out that, as based on the disclaimer the FDA provides, that it is the owner of the websites who are considered responsible for promoting products against H1N1 fraudulently and that these claims are not necessarily made by the product makers themselves. In many cases website owner/product maker are one and the same but do not assume so.
You may disover that a product you have use in the past is being promoted fraudulently but this doesn't mean that it's the products fault. I just read a blog post by some 'doctor' which was title as having something to do with H1N1 and immunity. This was just a blog post and she wasn't selling anything but she implied that there were products that would protect you against the flu by boosting your immunity. She gave a list of products that she liked, all of which were made by the same company.
These products contained fermented soy and curcumin…stuff like that. To say nothing of the products themselves and what they may or may not do for someone, nowhere on the product website did the owners imply that their products would prevent swine flu. And yet, by "promoting" these products in a post about H1N1 many people may develop a negative association towards that product.
If you discover a fraudulent H1N1 product during your web surfing you can report it here. That's the same link that you will be taken to if you use the "Report Fraud" link on the widget.
When sites on the list have removed the fraudulent claims from their sites it is indicated on the list.
You'll notice things like hand sanitizers on the list. Now, you may be using something like Purell right now to help prevent the spread of flu in your household. I should point out that the products on the list are not products such as these. While there is no hand sanitizer that is indicated against swine flu, sanitizers like Purell (alcohol based) which are effective against Influenza A for preventative measures are recommended by the CDC to help prevent H1N1, but remember that REAL hand washing with soap and water is far superior.
