I had to share this video today. It just made my morning. I haven't laughed so hard in quite a while. It's called 'The Forbidden Secrets of Powerlifting'. I'm going to have to watch TheGarv's other forbidden secrets videos.
If you read this: Secrets, Secrets, and Secrets Again you'll see one reason why this is particularly funny to me. My hats off to TheGarv. He can really deliver a monologue!
