Vincent Urbank Deadlifts 846 lbs RAW in his training. Vincent competes in the 308 lbs weight class and is ranked #5 on PowerliftingWatch lifter rankings.
He competed in his first powerlifting meet, the Orlando Barbell Florida State Championships, in February of 2010 where he had the number one ranked deadlift at 820lbs. He started with 760 and after getting the 820, missed at 840. Here we see him beating that 840 by six pounds.
Also in 20101, Vincent competed in the the American Strongman Championship hosted by Europa Show of Champions where he placed second in the heavy-weight amateur division. Among the events were the Conan Wheel, Last Man Standing Log, the Giant Dumbbell, Farmer's Walk, and the Yoke/Keg Carry, the Giant Dumbbell, and the Farmer's Walk.
