You know that feeling you get after a really hard workout? One which leaves you unable to stand without feeling tired? Well….
The Inverted Plank can make a whole WORLD of a difference. Really. Check this out:

ps: This is a joke. Please do not mistake this for being a core exercise although it is recommended that you provide 6-10 hours each day to indulge in this position. This fabulous exercise has been referred to as "being lazy", "resting", "wasting time" and a slew of other derogatory terms. However, I prefer to refer to this as the Inverted Plank.
