Ian Bell (198) broke three American Records at the USAPL Southside Classic.

Ian Bell, a BPS member, competed in the 198 weight class on Saturday December 18th at the USAPL Southside Classic. The meet was held at Southside High School in San Antonio, Texas (the home of my alma-mater).

Ian hit:

691 Squat - new state and American record
374 Bench
738 Deadlift - new state and American record
1803 TOTAL - 3rd state and American record
